Pulau Ubin Trip Details

St Anne's LIFE Teen (S.A.L.T.) is organizing a day trip to Pulau Ubin on Tue 13th December 2005 for ministry members.

The day of activities will begin at 8.15am and is expected to end by 9.30pm with dinner in church. Transportation will be arranged to take participants from and back to church. Actual time on Pulau Ubin is from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Please provide your consent by completing the enclosed form and submit it to Gabriel Fransis or Genevieve by Sun, 11th December 2005.
